Tarot With Durriken Update

Hello, everybody!

It's been a while since my last post. As you know, I have a new full time job, and I'm going to school full time as well. In addition to my spiritual activities, I don't have a lot of time to update this blog, or my Facebook Page. But, I will continue checking in whenever I can and, when I have more free time, I'll be posting more.

Thank you for sticking around, and for being such great fans!

Card Review: The Goddess Oracle

Happy Birthday to me! Before we get into this week's Card Review, I wanted to let you know about a little secret I'm only sharing with a few people. Well, I guess it isn't just a few. Several, in fact.

When I turned 29 last year, I promised myself that I would be a published author by the time I was 30. That meant I only had 12 months to put a book together and get it published. With approximately 17 days to spare, I managed to get Learn Tarot With Durriken in print and Kindle form. Now, for today only, the Kindle Version of Learn Tarot With Durriken is free. No strings attached. Visit Amazon today to download your copy.

Think of it as a reverse Birthday gift.

Today, we'll be reviewing The Goddess Oracle, by Amy Sophia Marashinsky, and illustrated by Hrana Janto. From the back matter:
The Goddess Oracle Celebrates the many faces of the Goddess worshiped in cultures around the world since the beginning of time.

Announcement

I have been reading the Tarot publically from the time I was in High School and, during my years of being a professional reader, I have met many interesting and exciting individuals.

I began reading and teaching the Tarot at Crone's Hollow shortly after it opened. But now, this chapter in my life has come to an end.

I'm beginning a new journey, one that I have been pushed toward for the last 2 years.

Tonight will be the last night I read the Tarot at Crone's Hollow, during the psychic intensive. It's a bittersweet time for me, as I step onto a different path, heading toward my personal and spiritual goals.

It has been a pleasure, and an honor, reading for you and helping you to reclaim your own destinies!

I will be keeping this blog, as well as my Facebook Page up and running for you.

Thank you all for a truly magical experience!

Book Review: Complete Book of Tarot Spreads

As I get myself up and running again, I'll be starting a number of projects to serve my clients, friends and students. Book Reviews is one such project.

Tarot With Durriken is, of course, a blog devoted mostly to living and working with the Tarot Cards. However, there are a number of other subjects that we explore here as well. The Spiritual Process of the Tarot Cards leads its users toward many subjects, from magic and astrology, to science and psychology, all in the pursuit of living an enlightened and enchanting incarnation.

Today, I'll be talking about a book I purchased a while ago, Complete Book of Tarot Spreads, available for purchase from Amazon.com.

Review: Mantegna Tarot

As I get myself up and running again, I'll be starting a number of projects to serve my clients, friends and students. Card Reviews is one such project.

Today, we'll be discussing the Mantegna Tarot, a beautiful and non-traditional Tarot Deck by publisher Lo Scarabeo.

More exciting news!

The printed version of my book, Learn Tarot With Durriken, is now available for those of you who prefer the sultry feel of a physical copy.
